I have seen guys heat the

I have seen guys heat the back side of a circuit board with a propane torch and bangit on a table to get non crimped parts to fall out. some parts have the wires crimped by the automatic insertion tools thenyou have to unsolder and carefully lift with tweezers as you heat the connection.
